How do i opt in to recieve email subscribtions

  When i try signing up for email newsletter from sites its telling me i opted out to not recieve them but i didnt do it how can i fix this

  Hi @tinysbabydoll!

  If you want to change your default email delivery methods, you should look under Notification Settings. You’ll want to verify that you’re allowing WordPress.com to send email notifications the way you want.
