How do I organize pages and subpages in Titan?

  I am creating a web site for the first time, with a blog as the home page. I am using Titan. I am at a loss as to how to organize the pages and subpages. I have created several pages and want to make some sub-pages.
  I have not published the blog yet, which I think is part of the problem.
  Further, I created a private page that I want to change to public, but it will not save this change.

  You should be able to change page visibility by following this guide:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-visibility/

  As for your first question, you can build a menu to your liking by using the custom menus feature:

  Menus
