How do I organize the projects on the Home page
-
Hi,
are the projects organized randomly by the theme on the Home page, or can I move them around to my linking and determine the size of the featured photo of each project as displayed on the Home page? Thanks!

Hi @akselikoskip ,
I had a look at the theme. The theme info page lacks a bit of explanation about the portfolio template page, so I had to fiddle around with it to work out what it was doing.
From my observations, I believe it posts projects from the top left, prioritizing left-to-right and then top-to-bottom. Projects will be displayed with the newest project first and the oldest last. So, you will probably see your newest project at the top-left and oldest at the bottom-right. I could not find any way to rearrange this to one’s liking.
The size of the featured image changes dynamically with the window. So, if the window is smaller, the images will be adjusted to the same width and shown in a single column. If the window is wider, then the (close-to-)original aspect ratio will be kept for each image. Again, this is automatically adjusted by the theme and would most likely need quite a bit of Custom CSS if you need to edit it.
Overall, I didn’t find this theme’s layout easy to manipulate, if that is what you are trying to do. It is a unique theme that automatically adjusts different things for you. If it isn’t exactly what you are after, then switching to a different theme may be a better solution than trying to adjust it…
I hope this info helped. Let me know if you still have questions. :)
