How do I overcome twitter error message?

  I get an error message on the Twitter website when trying to authorise my twitter account

  This page is no longer valid. It looks like someone already used the token information you provided. Please return to the site that sent you to this page and try again … it was probably an honest mistake.

  I have re-read your instructions but cannot see what i am doing wrong.

  This is not clear. I have tried using another browser to no avail.

  I am an IT tutor so am reasonably knowledgeable. But it is not clear in the instructions. For instance on the ‘My blogs’ page there is nothing about publicise – you have to go to an individual blog as far as I can see.

  OK thanks. But the issue turned out to be that in screen options i had switched off most columns since ‘My blogs’ displays badly on my laptop screen. So the publicise column was not showing!
  Anyway I am pleased to say it has worked now.
