How do I password protect an entire blog?

  I am assembling a 5 page blog (it really looks like a website). I want to password protect the entire site, not just individual pages. How do I do this? Do I have to protect each of the 5 pages individually?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot password protect an whole blog.There is no need to password protect all posts and all pages in a private blog. To change blog visibility to Private go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3 .
