How do I pay for a renewal if I can't find the link to do so?

    I am trying to renew the premium subscription on our institution’s WordPress. My coworker, who formerly took care of these kinds of things, receives reminder emails although she has been removed from the “users” area. I, on the other hand, am unable to even find a place to pay for the upgrade. The support page that shows how to make this payment directed me toward something that doesn’t exist (a bar of options below the Product and Subscription on the “My Upgrades” page does not have information below it about renewing or payment, as it should). Is this a permissions problem with my account?

    Transfer Upgrades & My Upgrades

    Only the account that owns an upgrade can renew the upgrade.

    You can get the upgrade owner to transfer the upgrades to you for the upgrade. If they have trouble with the transfer they can log into this thread as the upgrade owner and ask the staff (using small clear words – from – to – this upgrade) to transfer the upgrades to you
