How do I pay for a renewal of domain?

    1. I am not Louisa Kopp, I never knew Ms. Kopp.
    2. The domain I would like to renew is clubvino1.com
    3. My name is Cecilio Berndsen and I am one of the administrators of the blog and the domain.
    4. I tried several ways to put an account to pay for the renewal. No way.
    5. I am no changing anything, not the blog, not the domain name, I do not want an upgrade.
    6. All I want is to renew the domain. Why is it so difficult?

    Hello.

    This is a known issue with the ICANN emails. You should still be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the domain clubvino1.com
    Visit your Purchases page. wordpress.com/purchases

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the clubvino1.com domain.

    So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew clubvino1.com.
