How do I pay for the subscription on this site?

    I’ve been gone and am just now getting back to the issues here. So I need to create an email for the organization. I’m sorry to be so dense, but any email I create will be attached to my name. I went to the site to create a new account and can’t use GCDA or greatercincinnatidecorativeartists. What can I use? Every path I take seems to send me down another. Next time I set up a blog or web site, I’m going to make sure there is telephone support to avoid these frustrating hair-pulling problems that I don’t understand.

    I was finally able to create a generic email for GCDA and then create a new WordPress account. The user name is gcdapainters. What is the next step?

    Please help! I created a generic email for GCDA and a new WordPress account for GCDA, user name gcdapainters. I need to have ownership of the initial WordPress account that I created transferred to this new account, and it needs to happen before October 12.
    I need help ASAP. What is the next step?

    What happened to the information given by rachelmcr who wrote the that with the username to the new account, she could transfer ownership of the (old) account to the new?

    You’re welcome to create a new account for the organization. You can do that by signing out of WordPress.com and going to the signup page here:
    https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/?user=1
    That will allow you to set up the new account. Just let me know once that’s done, and let me know the new username you set up for that account, and I can transfer ownership of the site to that new account.
    Then, you can give that account’s login details to the organization, and whoever needs to can use them to log in and renew the website’s upgrades. (Your account gcdablogger can still be an administrator on the website, which will allow you to keep updating and maintaining the site.)

    I just verified my email address, my current one and the one used when I set up gcdapainters.org. But I created a new email address for the new account: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I verified that a day or two ago.
    Just want to be sure you have all the information.

    Thanks! I got all the information and transferred everything over to the account gcdapainters. The site can now be renewed (while logged in to the gcdapainters account) from the My Upgrades page here:
