How do I pay monthly not annually?

  Hi im new to wordpress, I would like to upgrade but I want to pay monthly not annually, how do i set this up?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Currently there are no monthly payment options on WordPress.com.

  However, if you aren’t happy with the service, you have the option for a refund as long as you are within the refund period :
