How do I pay my bill?

We are currently signed up for the $99 plan, but have never been billed. We recently received a notice that the website Seattle Electric Bike.net would be terminated if we did not pay. We have tried to pay the bill, but the only options are to upgrade to the $299 plan, which we do not want. How do we pay our $99? Thank you.

Will you please make sure you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the site and purchased the upgrade for it? Then check here please Dashboard > Store > Billing History

P.S. You refer to “we” Well companies, organizations and groups of any kind do not own blogs. The email address registered with your WordPress.com username account is your unique identifier. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address.

As @timethief stated, you must be logged in under the account that initially paid for the upgrade. I see that the upgrade is not under your account.
