How do I permanently unfollow a blog?

  I ‘unfollowed” blog Lachlan & Cathy when I started to receive multiple spam from them, however removing them from the “follow” list did not work and I had to blacklist the wordpress domain from my email. This is not a desired outcome as I only want to stop email from Lachlan & Cathy. How do I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  As for the emails, there is an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom which should stop them coming to your email.
