How do I place specific posts onto my pages?

    I have been researching this topic for hours and decided to get help. I want to know if there is a way to insert specific posts under the correct categories in the menu. For example, as a photographer, I want my ‘people’ pictures to post in the ‘people’ page on the menu. Is there a video that helps me out with my pages? I don’t have a premium account. Could you please be specific as possible and help me out?
