how do i post a tag cloud?

I’m not technologically proficient at all….i’ve tried to customise the theme page, but I can’t see a widget for posting tag clouds. how do I do i have that box with all my tags showing on my home page?

You could use the Tag cloud widget it towards the bottom middle on the widget list
