How do I post an entry on a specific page on my blog?

I am new to this blogging and setting up my site. I am wondering how do I do a post entry to a specific page versus it automatically going on the first page?
My url is:http://youcanriseabove.wordpress.com

You cannot put “posts” on pages that you create. Pages are designed for static content (such as an about page) that seldom changes. This explains the differences between pages and posts: http://support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ .
To organize your posts, create categories and then assign the categories to the posts, and put the categories widget in the sidebar. People can then click on the categories in the sidebar and they will be taken to a page displaying posts in that category only.
In some themes, there is a trick that you can use to put links to the categories pages in the top navigation tabs, but it will not work with the theme you are using. See this blog post for which themes the trick works with (left column) and also how to make the tabs.
