How do I post an image in my blog COMMENT SECTION?

A reader posted an image in a recent post of mine and I don’t know how to do it! Have looked here but only found info on embedding youtube or Tweets. I have a wordpress.com site and would think a widget for posting images in the comments would be standard considering some of the other included widgets? Please help, and please explain in layperson’s terms as I have no idea how to code or anything like that. Thank you!
