How do I post an outbound link on my site so it shows meta description?

  Hi Guys,

  I want to post an outbound link to an article on another site. I want the link to look like it does when you post a link on Facebook – with a meta description, image and URL. Is this possible?

  If so, can anyone tell me how to do it?
