How do I post code for others to see and put on their blogs?

I want to post code for others to see on my blog and copy and paste to theirs! How do I do that? My site is http://storm479.wordpress.com/ If you scroll down all the way to the bottom of my sidebar, you will see a widget that says, Click Here For Club Penguin Cheats! I want to know how to post the code for that!
