How do I Post Horizontal Images Through Email

    I am trying to figure out how to blog through email. I am still new on wordpress, but know this would be my preferred method.
    I have sent test posts to my blog tying to figure out where images would be placed.

    My main questions are
    Could my emailed post be formatted with pic on the left and text on the right (instead of text below image, vertically).

    If so, would this have to be done in the body of the email somehow, or would I have to change my blog default format, or image default widths?
