How do I post in reverse Chronological order so that the first post I posted will be read first and the last post I posted will be read last?

Hi there,
What you describe is chronological. Reverse-chronological is how the WordPress software is designed to display posts, with the most recent one first.
There is no way to have WordPress display posts in chronological order on the posts page, as that is not how the software was designed to work – blogs in general are designed so that people will always see the most recent thing you posted first. It works the same on Blogger, Wix, Squarespace, Tumblr and Medium, to name just the most popular options.
But you can add a custom link to your site menu that will show your posts with the oldest first. In your site’s case that would be https://returntoamericanprecepts.wordpress.com/?order=asc
