How do I post in the Staff Questions board?

  You post here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ and chose “public” and your thread appears in the Staff Questions Forum.

  You’re welcome. Note that if you mark your support ticket “private” then you will still be dealt with. The difference is that non one can see any sensitive and/or personal information.
