how do i post music?

  i tried to use the way that you describe….[audio and the file address.mp3] but it doesn’t work……it just buffers and buffers and buffers…
  is there any specific site to host the mp3 files? ( it has to be free of charge…) and if so, could you suggest one? thank you

  I second Music Webtown; it’s great and the bandwidth’s very generous. I like Odeo as well and you should be able to use that on your blog. Or you could try the Sonific widget.
