How do I post on specific "page" tab?

I have Home, About, Doggie Mama, Music, and Trainspotting in my menu bar.
How can I post under these categories…for example, I want to post music posts under the “Music” page and dog posts under “Doggie Mama” and train trips under “Trainspotting”. They are all going under “Home” as of now.

Pages are forms of content, like posts, so they can’t actually contain posts.
Instead, I recommend using your categories and category archive pages.

When you click on her menu bar it has all of the same category.
Does she have a much more extensive program? -
She’s using her category archive pages. You can add these to your menu bar via by creating your own menu via Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard.
