How do I post the first blog?

  When I go to the blog I have just set up the only option I see is to post a comment. How about posting a blog? And how do you post a photo in a blog? RE: morninggloriesrus.com

  This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.

  If you don’t understand the difference, you may find this information helpful.

  This is a word press blog, but did not have the blog address selection on the drop down menu. The site is morninggloriesrus.com

  The blog you referenced is self-hosted, not hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service. Read the “this information” link in sam’s reply as it will explain the differences between the two.

  You need to inquire over at the wordpress.ORG forums. That is where self-hosted wordpress blogs are supported.
