How do I post to an existing category?

  I have created a category (called Coaching Corner). Now that I have the title, I want to post to it. But how do I post to a category? I cannot seem to find the way to do it. Very frustrating!

  You just make a regular post, and on the right hand side, you select that Category and then you post it.

  You have titled your category widget “Coaching Corner” and the only category with posts listed in that widget is ” Uncategorized”

  You need to make a post category called “coaching corner” then assign a post (that is: an article you write) to that category in order for it to appear in your category widget. (which you want to re-name something like “topics i write about”
