How do I post to Google ?

I setup the “publicized” service and successfully linked my wordpress blog to my Google+ profile. But I can’t figure-out how to put my new (or previous) posts onto Google+? Please help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Once you’ve connected publicize, all your new posts should automatically post there. If for some reason they don’t , there is trouble shooting info at the end of this article:

As for your old posts, the only way to share them is the old fashioned way–copy the url for the specific post (not your whole blog) and paste it into the status window on G+
