how do I post to my blog

I figured out how to create a blog page and posted one post to it. But now I want to add another post to the blog and keep the other post as well. I see nothing anywhere that is in any way at all easily understandable to the novice user of how to do this. I have never had such a confusing time just trying to post a blog post to an existing blog. HELP

they listed the wrong blog but I also have no way to update the post. Seriously why is everything so ridiculously confusing on here
