How do I post "under construction" while working on my website

  I need to have a “under construction” post for public to see when visiting my site while Im working on it. How do I do this? I have publisher theme. Help is much appreciated

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There really isn’t a way to do this, even with CSS.

  The only thing you can do until you are ready to launch your site it is make it Private in Settings>Reading Settings. That will also keep it out of search engines until you are ready to change your Reading settings to Public.

  You create a static page that says Under Construction, set it to be the landing page of the blog on the Settings->Reading page, and away you go.

  True, but the site will still be indexed by search engines.
