How do I post without getting a "beep beep boop" message and no option to post?

  I would like to post some new material, but get a “beep beep boop” message and no option to post. Please help.

  Can you explain what you mean by “no option to post”? Is it a blank page? Is it stuck on “beep beep boop”?
