How do I prevent my domain registration from auto-renewing?
-
My domain and registration auto-renewed and I didn’t want it to (why did it do so after only 11 months instead of 12? I thought I had another month to cancel). How do I cancel it to make sure it does not auto-renew again next year? All the links I find on your site about cancellation pertain to canceling a new domain within 48 hours–I just want to make sure it does not auto-renew.

I can absolutely help you with that.
Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain amy-and-sean.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using amy-and-sean.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.
Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it, remove the upgrade from your account, and refund your recent renewal.
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.
