  I want to prevent individuals from following my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no way to prevent someone from following or reading a publicly available WordPress site.

  That having been said, you can set up comment moderation to exclude comments from a specific username or email address etc. We have a support page for that here:
