How do I prevent the "Leave a Reply" feature from displaying on Pages?

  I want “Leave a Reply” to display on Posts but not on PAGES. I believe I’ve tried all the available and related Settings options. Thanks in advance … Jim

  Hi Jim,

  You can disable comments on pages using the same methods as disabling them on posts: Enable and Disable Comments

  If you run into any trouble with that, I’d recommend using the bulk editing feature to disable comments on your pages:

  1. Go to the Pages > All Pages screen in your site’s dashboard.
  2. Select the pages you would like to modify or check the box next to “Title” column at the top to select all pages on that screen.
  3. Select Edit from the Bulk Actions drop down menu.
  4. Click the Apply button.
  5. Change the options for Comments and Pings to Do not allow.
  6. Click the Update button.
