How do I prevent the menu page appearing as a page you can click on?

  I would like users to click on the drop down menu and not the title page which is appearing as a blank page at the moment and therefore would like to hide that. (if that makes sense)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  its not actually for the above blog given although it didnt give me another option to proceed.
