How do I print my blog in hard copy?

  We ahve had a lot of fun writing and sharing our blog and found it very easy to use. However, now that we are home, we would like to have a hard copy. However, we just want the text and photographs for each post, plus perhaps the comments. but I can’t seem to get this without all sorts of stuff in the headers and footers!
