How do I protect my Blog

Why is my Blog publishing to the whole world and allowing my ADMIN open for anyone to change or fool around with my site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is not something that should be happening.
What are you seeing that indicates other people are allowed to edit/admin your site?

A friend helped me fix the problem, My url was on Bluehost and my Blog was on WordPress. I was not clear that there were two hosting entities and I was crossing over in my effort to use both. It would be helpful if your company would show a schematic of how the websites interact together.
