How do I publish my blog?

  I can not see any links that are on my dashboard, so i cant publish my blog. I can see that links are on the left side of the page but i cant scroll to them. I am using internet explorer.

  What version of IE are you using? Please try using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome and see if the issue persists.
