How do I publish pending posts to my blog?

I’ve searched everywhere through your Help portal and can’t find the answer to a simple question I have. I even typed my question in your search window–but no help! Can’t understand why you cannot make your site easier to use and provide answers to simple questions that need answering. My question is this: How do I publish a post that is pending? I have several posts in the queue that are pending. When I created them I thought they would immediately post to my blog, only to find they are in some sort of pending limbo which I didn’t even ask for or want. When I create a post and hit Publish I want the post to publish and post immediately. So can you fix my profile so they will do this? But first, please answer my question so I can get six weeks of posts published and posted. Please!
