How do I publish posts to my menu pages?

  I’m trying to publish posts to the pages I’ve created in my menu. However, when I publish a post, it only publishes on just the main blog page, not the custom page I want it on. How do I get a post to publish in a page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
