How do I publish the most recent revision of a post?
-
I have revised a post – how do I publish that more recent revision – can’t find a command to do so? Thanks

Once you edit your post, there’s a blue Update button to the right. Click this to update your post.

Hi, Macmanx – thanks for trying to help, but apparently I failed to make my problem clear. I edited the post, then was interrupted, and had to exit WordPress. The next time I went back to the post and opted to edit it, I received a message saying that there was a more recent revision. I opted to open this revision – there is no button on this screen allowing to update/publish that revision of the post – all this, as opposed to doing the edit all over again in the first edit page then publishing.
Is there a way of updating the post from that revision view?
Regards,
John

Ah, okay. If there’s an autosave or another revision you’d like to restore you can get back to that in your post revisions. These are listed at the bottom of any post or page.
