how do i publish the template i made with elementor as my website?

i made a cool site using elementor but i cant figure out how to make the theme i just made display on my site. when i click on my site its still a blank theme.. please help ?

You are confusing the two types of WordPress. Here at WordPress.com you have to choose from the free or premium themes on offer here.
If that design and theme is a dealbreaker for you then your cool site using elementor needs to be set up with a self-hosted WordPress.org install.
