how do I purchase $30.00 custom upgrade?

  I want to upgrade to the custom “level” for $30.00. I want to have this custom level but not any other new ones. I seem to go to the $99.00 offer. How do I just bug custom? Also, this option is for fonts, colors, background colors etc. What are its limitations?
