How do I purchase a guided transfer?

I am trying to purchase a guided transfer, but nothing happens when I click on the “Get a helping hand” button! What am I doing wrong?

If you are logged into the the WordPress.COM account connected with the site you want to transfer when you visit this page:
http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/guided-transfer/
hovering over the “get a helping hand” button should display a drop-down list of your WordPress.com sites.
If you choose the site you want to transfer, you should have better luck.
Let me know if you continue to have trouble and I’ll see what I can do to help.

That means you are not logged in as the original Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog in question.

Is http://dronelaw.com/ the site you are looking for help with? If so, that might be part of the problem. The Guided Transfer is designed to move a site from WordPress.COM to a self-hosted WordPress.ORG site. Are you trying to move from self-hosted to WordPress.COM?
