How do I put a blog post on my feature page and under my menu topics?

    I cannot figure out how to adjust my menu. I would like various posts…food, beauty, DIY etc to have posts within those topics as well as on the feature page. However I cannot put multiple posts under any topic except the main home page. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
