How do I put a caption under a photo?

  I used to be able to put a caption under a photo in my blog, now I cannot do it. Has there been a change?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,
  If you go into Media> Library. All your images will appear, simply click the “Edit” button on the picture you want, Under the picture there will be the option to write a caption.
