How do I put a 'follow me' button on my articles?

  At my main page, in the top right, one can choose to follow my blog via email. However, if someone is at the page of an article…

  I don’t know how to give them the option to follow me there via email. Anyone know how to do this? Kubrick style theme.

  There is not button for this purpose but if you wish you can include a direct link to subscribe to your blog at the end of your posts > http://wp.me/pinhe-iU
