How do i put a picture that updates.

OK I have this problem where I can’t upload a picture that has a code like this <img src=”http://www.clubpenguininsiders.com/images/club-penguin-insiders-pin-tracker.png” alt=”Club Penguin Pin Tracker” /> and I really want to put it as an image on the side. Please help. The picture updates every time the owner updates it.

You copy that code and put it in a Text Widget, following these instructions:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/
This is the code you need to put in the text widget. You can add a title if you want.

He says it will. There is technically a way for that to be true, but I’m doubtful. If it doesn’t work, just take it out.
