how do i put an audio up for download on my website under a category

anytime i try to put up a file for download this is what i do but it doesnt work
1.i send my cursor to new then i select download
2.i copy a permalink from my google drive and paste it in upload file
3.i mark music on my right hand side of my page since that is where i want it to be
4.i put in the necessary description and then i publis
but it doesnt go under the music category…please helpThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
