How do i put banners in my post?

Can’t seem to be able to post clickable banners on my free website, do i have to upgrade?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot add any advertising banners or advertising images to any wordpress.com hosted site. There is no plan that allows what you want to do.

The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains that have enough traffic to qualify for acceptance into the plan.
