How do I put header on each page?

I am using a free version of Hatch and I am wanting to know how I can get my header to show up on each page that I have created rather than only appearing on the homepage.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to the theme description page http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/hatch/ scroll down to “Featured Images”
Custom header http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/
Hatch 640 or 940 width height flexible

Logo: 115 wide, flexible heightSetting a featured image http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/#setting-a-featured-image

If you don’t see the Featured Image module on your Add New or Edit Post page, please make sure you’ve selected Featured Image in your Screen Options. http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options

I have tried all of the above and I still can’t get a header to appear on any of my pages other than the home page. Is a ‘featured image’ the same as a ‘header’?
I have managed to put a featured image on one of my pages but it doesn’t actually ‘publish’. I can see it on the edit page of that particular page but when I view the page in a separate tab there is no featured image on it at all.
Any ideas?
Thanks
