How do I put in a request to migrate followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org
-
I am using JetPack – have gone through the steps on how to migrate followers from wordpress.com to .org & am not having any luck.
The link to migrate followers does not show up for me. My website is patterncurator.wordpress.com also listed as patterncurator.org
I also want to migrate my stats from wordpress.com to wordpress.org
How do I do this or put in a request for both?
Thank you.

Hi!
First, it looks like you’ve opened a few separate requests for this issue. I’ll go ahead and take care of this here. Please keep all further correspondence in this thread.
I went ahead and moved your subscribers to the self-hosted site. You can see those subscribers here:
https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog=91195779&blog_subscribers&unit=1
I’ve also moved your stats. You can see the combined stats here:

Let us know if you need anything else!

Thank you Jeremy! I see the subscribers on .org.
Is there a way to move previous stats onto .org too?
-
Sorry – I meant to do that the first time around! I merged your stats. You can now see them here:

Great, thanks – it worked.
Another question – is there a way to migrate the “likes” on pages from .com to .org?
-
Hi there!
It’s not possible to migrate your Likes from WordPress.com to your new site, unfortunately. Post and Page Likes are tracked by your site’s ID, and since your new site has a new ID, Like counts will be reset to zero.
Facebook, Twitter, and other social media share tallies, however, will transfer, as long as you keep the same permalink structure on your new site as you had on your WordPress.com site.
Let me know if you have any extra questions around that.
