How do I put latest three or five comments from all my posts onto the Home page?

Not exactly a problem. But i thought i saw on another theme (I am not willing to change theme for now; this one gives me what I want) that on the home page, the latest comments can be seen. I know there is a widget for it, but the widget will go to a sidebar and I don’t need it on all posts/pages. I just want people to see that I am quite active responding to comments even if I am not a regular ‘poster’.

Hi there,
If you use the Recent Comments Widget, you can restrict the visibility of that widget so it’s only visible on your home page. (There isn’t a way to display the most recent comments without that widget.)
To adjust the visibility of the widget, you can click the Visibility button after you add the widget to your sidebar. We have more information about how that works here: Widget Visibility

Ok, but how do I use the visibility button to restrict only the Home page? It says “Title” but when I put “Home” it asks a few more questions like “sort by” and “exclude” that I don’t know how to answer.
Plus it still goes to a side bar eh? I like the current positioning of my sidebar and was wishing I could put this widget somewhere else. Like in the main column? Can?

Sorry, I think you can ignore part of my first paragraph. I think I accidentally clicked on the widget below it to get the ‘sort by’ and ‘exclude’ stuff. But the question remains; how do i keep it on just the Home Page?

Hi there,
After you click the Visibility button, you’ll see a dropdown that says “Show if:” (or “Hide if:”) and then another line after that. In the following line, you can select where you want to show that widget.
To show the widget only on your home page, you can select “Show if:” and then “Page is Front page.” (The front page is the same thing as the home page on your blog.) Then, click the Save button to save your changes.
Widgets can only be added to the widget areas that your theme supports, so they can’t be added to the main column of your blog. In the Andreas09 theme you’re using, you can add widgets to the Main Sidebar or the Right Sidebar.
